How do I set the timer to run the same program every day?   to top
When setting PROGRAM 1 ON and PROGRAM 1 OFF, press the Day button repeatedly until you see every single day of the week lit up. It will look like this:
MON TUE WED THU FRI SAT SUN
You will have to press the Day button several times to come to this option.

After setting the number of hours you want the lights to stay on, please press the Current Time button to finish the programming. There is no need to set the actual current time, but you need to press the Current Time button for the photocell mode to operate.

I set my timer to go on at a certain time, and it's already past that time, but the timer is still off.   to top
The timer will only turn On or Off when the current time matches the program time. So if you are programming the timer and your ON time has already passed, it will only turn on the next day when the current time is the same as the programmed on time.

For example:
1) It's currently 12pm. You program the timer to turn ON at 5pm, and OFF at 11pm. Your timer will turn on at 5pm.

2) It's currently 6pm. You program the timer to turn ON at 5pm, and OFF at 11pm. Your timer will stay OFF until TOMORROW at 5pm. To turn the timer on manually for today, push the Manual ON/OFF button. Be sure to push the Manual ON/OFF button again to return the timer back to Timer mode so that it can follow the program tomorrow.

Do I need to program each outlet individually?   to top
No - all 6 outlets are controlled by the Photocell or Digital Timer. There is no need to set more than 1 program, unless you want more than 1 ON & OFF time per day.

Why are my lights blinking?   to top
Your lights are most likely blinking because the lights are too close to the photocell on the timer. Simply move your timer further away from your lights or turn the photocell in another direction to face away from the lights.

My lights/electrical device didn’t come on at dusk.   to top
The photocell checks every 10-15 minutes for the current light status, so there’s often a short time delay. The photocell should automatically turn on within 15 minutes after dusk.

What is the black button on the bottom of the timer body for?   to top
This timer comes with a built-in circuit breaker. In case of a circuit trip, simply press the black button to reset the circuit.

Why does my timer display 88:88?   to top
The timer may need to be reset. To reset, push a ball point pen or a paper clip into the little hole under the word RESET.

Is the timer waterproof?   to top
No, but it is weather-proof. This is a moisture resistant unit. It cannot be submerged in water or buried in snow.

How do I manually turn my timer on?   to top
To manually turn on your timer, push ON firmly.

I plugged my timer into an outlet, but there is no readout on the display.   to top
The internal battery needs to be charged before use. To charge the internal battery, just leave your timer plugged in for 12 hours.

Can I remove my timer’s internal battery?   to top
No. It is a non-removable internal battery.

Can I plug my water pump, sprinkler system, fountain etc. into my timer?   to top
Be sure to check the wattage of your device(s), and you may plug in the device as long as it does not exceed the allotted wattage of the timer.

Do I need to do anything special to store this timer until next season?   to top
No - simply unplug the timer and store in a dry area. The LCD screen will still display the time for a few weeks until the battery discharges. This is normal. When you are ready to use the timer again next year, simply plug the timer in for several hours to fully charge the battery.
